Ordering is easy ...
Step 1: Simply enter the quantiity of gifts baskets you want to order, click on add item to shopping cart.
Step 2: If you want to order other items you can return to the website. Please (1) check your order details, (2) Select your delivery area and (3) fill out your personal and contact details. When you are happy with your order, click the checkout button. You then enter your credit card details to complete your order.
N.B. The secure payment site is Paypal. It is here that you will be asked for the billing address for your credit card.
Remember:
Your recepient's address is the one you lodged on our website and that is where your gift basket will be sent. If you have any concerns just send an email to: info@absolutegifts.co.nz with your recepient's address and Veronica will reply as soon as she can.
After you have ordered online...
Once your credit card has been processed Absolute Gifts will dispatch the Gift Basket to you or the address you wish it delivered to.
N.B We ask for signatures on all our deliveries. In the event the recepient is not available to sign our courier will use their initiative and either place in a safe place ( authority to leave) or leave a card for your recepient to contact the courier company's branch. Once done, delivery is mutually arranged.
We track and trace all our deliveries.
Delivery Time Frames
Nationwide delivery within two business days to most destinations.
Rural and remote areas please allow an extra two to three days.
N.B. Couriers do not deliver on Sundays,Stat days and Saturday afternoons.
Auckland delivery please have orders in by 10am New Zealand time for next
business day delivery.
Wellington,Kapiti,Horowhenua next business day delivery. Orders Monday to Thursday need to be in by 3.30pm New Zealand time prior. Friday's orders for Saturday deliveries need to be in by Friday 10am (NZ) time.
South Island allow one to two business days for main centres.
We do our utmost to deliver on your preferred day but once your parcel has left our premises it is in the hands of our courier company and becomes their responsibility.
N.B. We can not state a delivery time and will do everything within our power to deliver on your preferred date but once your parcel has left our premises it is in the hands of our courier company and we can not be held responsible for non delivery on the preferred date. We will endeavour to deliver prior to your preferred date as long as you have given us enough notice being 2 days for north island delivery and 3 days for South island delivery. Please allow an extra two days for rural and Saturday delivery.
Delivery to multi-storey buildings must have a floor or level number. Also business name if being delivered to a business.
All hospital deliveries must also have the Hospital name and Ward number. EXCEPT
Wellington Hospital DOES NOTaccept any flowers or parcels for their patients since the building of the new hospital. NEW POLICY Hopefully this does not last for too long. In this situation please provide a residential or business address for your delivery.
For mulitiple gifts going to the same place just email: info@absolutegifts.co.nz as they may be able to go in one carton depending on size and weight. The following freight charges are for individual orders only. If you are ordering multiple gift baskets to the same address please email: info@absolutegifts.co.nz for a customised freight charge. This will differ depending on the size of the gift baskets, the quantity,weight and destination.

- All customers ordering gifts with alcohol included must be 18 years or older in accordance with the New Zealand Sale of Liquor Act 1989; before they can purchase alcoholic gifts through the Absolute Gifts website.
- You will be asked to verify your date of birth as you go through the check out. By doing so you fully indemnify Our Properties Limited Trading as Absolute Gifts against any breach of the above age requirements that results in legal action being taken against Our properties Limited.
