I entered in the wrong order details what can I do?
Send us an email: info@absolutegifts.co.nz informing us of the correct details asap. unfortunately If your gift basket/gift box has been dispatched we will require another delivery fee.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email? Why not?
A common error is an incorrect email address entered on your details.
We at Absolute Gifts send an email confirming your order and letting you know approximately when your recepient should receive their gift basket.
I think I've made a mistake and put my own address when paying with my credit card as they asked for my Shipping address?
You haven't made any mistakes as the Shipping address is for your credit card address only. Your gift basket/box will go to the recepient's address entered before you pay. If your still unsure just email us.
Is there another way of paying instead of Paypal?
Yes by Direct Credit. Just send Veronica an email: info@absolutegifts.co.nz with all the particulars including the name & price of your basket . She will send you an email with our account name and number.
If I win the monthly gift basket draw will you deliver it overseas?
Sorry this gift basket can only be delivered throughout New Zealand via our Nationwide courier systems. All prizewinners residing outside of New Zealand (overseas) will need to nominate a recepient living within New Zealand.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Visa,mastercard. American Express.
Are my credit card details safe?
Yes they are processed through Paypal which is a safe secure website.
I see that you have Glutenfree as well as Diabetic suitable gift baskets.
Do you have a combination of both for some one who is a Diabetic requiring Glutenfree products in a gift basket?
Yes we do. You can find them on the Glutenfree page. Plus if you want a different price break email us: info@absolutegifts.co.nz and we will create one to meet your requirements.
Once we have agreed on a customised gift basket how will I be able to pay for it? And where will I find it on the website?
You will be able to do the payment and details through this website. Your quote will be on a separate page: Quotes for customised gift baskets and gift boxes. Some times we post several options with your quote so that you can make a more informed choice.
